The Series 5 is Line powered. It has the highest quality digitized human voice prompts, and features the industry's most effective and accurate answer supervision circuitry.

The onboard operating system is remotely downloadable just like the site operation files. An onboard call diagnostic events recorder enables remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.

The Series 5, as well as the 5501 and 5502, interfaces with the Window's based payphone management software, PNM Plus.
