Give your management software more responsibility with PNM Plus. This Windows - based program reports each payphone�s revenue, work-order history, performance, dial-around compensation and much more. At the same time, PNM Plus also manages day-to-day operations like programming, remote diagnostic troubleshooting and service call refunds. All payphone data is stored in a central database for access by on-site networked computers.

PNM Plus generates and tracks work orders and will also track all payphone income and expenses. It can automatically calculate commissions and taxes. PNM Plus is designed to retrieve cash box totals, alarms, call counters , individual call detail records, and remote diagnostic information from any payphone. It can also download rate files, registers & options, speed dial numbers, program files, priority parsing, and card acceptance tables to the payphone.

LP and KX Payphone Firmware

The smart payphone requires the intelligence of LP and KX payphone firmware. This firmware supports all the enhanced features that are setup by PNM Plus. The LP firmware runs in the Series 5 and 5501 smart boards and the KW firmware runs in the 5502W and 5502Q smart boards.
